I assume, without delving too deeply into the statutes, that the MN legislature had to decide on a cutoff date for the hunter safety class requirement. My guess is that the rule was passed some time around 1991-92, and that it applied to all hunters over age 12. This would mean that anyone born after January 1, 1980 would be covered by the new rule.

At least it's not like North Dakota ... anyone born after January 1, 1961 is required to take hunter's safety!

I was in Bowling Green KY at Western Kentucky University eating breakfast in the cafeteria on my way to an 8 o'clock physics class. Were were watching the tv there, which usually showed lame music videos, and saw the second plane hit. It was wild, overwhelming and terribly sad.

The great thing about the system I have set up is that only those who explicitly send "PITA JOIN" to a short code (32075 in this case) receive any messages from The Pita Pit. Customers can also opt-out at any time by sending "PITA STOP" to the same code, and never receive another message from The Pita Pit or any other client I have.

This might be a good thing, but maybe will also prompt a "do not text" list with many cell phone Subscribers. It's new to Fargo but has been used for a few years in onther major cities, but is fargo ready? This is the question.
